Editing Files

OnlyOffice is the text editor which is used to edit documents stored in ICDC Disk.

Most of the text formats can be by default edited online.

Open formats such as .odt and .ods are also supported, though converted into .doc while working on. Users can contact the support service in case they need to enable editing for a specific format.

Some types of listings (yaml, xml, python scripts) can be viewed as text files. It is also possible to view and edit the .md markup.

Co-Editing

The functionality of OnlyOffice allows you to edit text documents with other users according to provided shared access.

If one user edits a document, the others will be able to open the document in read-only: their changes will simply not be accepted.

By default, you can only view submitted changes marked in green, but beside that you can enable change tracking using the interface of the editor.
